This puppy’s health is good to the best
of my knowledge, at the time of sale. I urge you to take the puppy to your own
veterinarian for a checkup. I extend the time period for you to return the
puppy. IF a licensed veterinarian finds anything seriously wrong with the puppy
within 72 hours (3 days) provide a letter from the examining veterinarian as
evidence of the puppy’s illness, and the puppy is required to be returned
within the guarantee period. The seller should be requested full responsibility
of the puppy if any need shall arise the new buyer cannot keep the puppy for
any reason at any stage of its life.
I DO NOT GIVE CASH REFUNDS
– ONLY PUPPY REPLACEMENT
I am not responsible for any vet bills
incurred.
Once the conditions of this contract are
met, the puppy will be replaced with another of the same sex as soon as one is
available.
