Guarantee
Your Yorkshire Terrier puppy is
guaranteed against life threatening, congenital (birth) defects (a conditions
which dates from the prenatal or fetal state) for a period of
______________________ from the date of purchase. If your puppy is found to
have a congenital defect, the following conditions apply:
This guarantee applies to the original
puppy only and is non-transferable.
A written statement from the buyer’s
veterinarian is required. The statement must include the vet’s name, address,
phone number and business hours.
It is the seller’s option to have said
puppy examined by his or her vet. (In case of death, the remains must be
properly preserved.) If the seller’s vet does concur a defect does exist, the puppy will be replaced with
one of the same sex and value at no additional charge to buyer.
LIMITATIONS OF GUARANTEE:
The
puppy must be in good condition. I am not responsible for injuries incurred
after the puppy has been bred, spayed/neutered, or if the registration application
has expired. The puppy must be returned to me along with the AKC form, health
record, etc. Buyer is responsible for returning the puppy to seller and any
costs this may incur.
